Anusara is a branch of Hatha Yoga that means “flowing with grace”, “going with the flow” and “following your heart”.
It blends tantric philosophies with principles of alignment and movement.
Physical yoga poses (asana) are taught with a strong alignment focus to keep you safe and also challenged.
Integrated with this is breathwork (pranayama) and your instructor weaves a mindful theme through each class.
