Whether you are new to pilates, haven’t exercised for a while, are recovering from injury or are an experienced pilates practitioner, these private sessions are tailored to you. Your instructor will work with you at the right pace to achieve your goals. Appointments start from £60 and appointment packs of 5 or 10 sessions are also available.
