Yoga & Pilates
Sarah qualified as a Fitness Instructor 15 years ago. Since then she has trained in Yoga, Classical Pilates, Level 4 Back pain, Personal Training and GP referrals. Sarah continues to develop her knowledge through courses and workshops, ensuring that her teaching remains fresh and relevant.
Sarah says “Movement is my passion. As a teenager I slipped a disc in my back, resulting in many years of pain and eventually back surgery. With a lot of hard work I got back to health, from then on I knew I needed to make fitness my profession. Not just to keep myself healthy, but to help others be free from pain and trust in their bodies.
In my classes I'm keen to ensure that the correct form and technique is followed, using props and equipment to aid this. I give plenty of progressions and regressions so if you want to be challenged I will help you move forward, or if you’re having ‘one of those days’ you can take it down to a level you're comfortable with.
Whether it's a Yoga or Pilates class you are coming to, it's your hour! Ultimately I want you to leave each class feeling positive and more connected, in both mind and body."
